Goal and Assists Across the Whole Club

With it being the international break and the First team, under 21s and Under 18s not playing until April, I thought it would be a good time for another gander at the goals and assist top 10 across the club.

The First time I had a look at the standings it was for an article on the Newcastle Fan’s TV Website back in early January. Sean Neave, Bruno and Woltemade took the top 3 spots for that one. (Link to that article down the bottom)

For the second time I created a short on Newcastle Fan’s Tv in February and had a very poor attempt of doing a Chart show style countdown. if you haven’t seen it sound’s ridiculous even with me trying to be clever and AI change my voice on there. The top 3 then were Gordon, Barnes and Bruno.

I will say I wrote this before before the Lasses play Sunderland on Sunday so if you read this after then there could be some changes in there. The other thing to say is I do keep track of all of the goals and assists across everything with Flash scores etc and I'm confident these are 98% Accurate I apologise if not. One final bit of housekeeping, I know that all the teams have different number of games, level of opposition etc it’s just a little bit of fun to

Here is the current top 10 for goals and assists across Newcastle United, Including the 1st team, The women’s team, The Under 21s and the Under 18s.

In 10th Place we have Matheos Ferreria with 9 Goal contributions

Ferreria has scored 7 goals and got 2 assists across both the under 21s and the under 18s. In the games I have been able to watch he looks a good prospect and hopefully can continue to develop well.

In 9th Place we have Sam Pinnington with 10 Goal Contributions

Sam Pinnington has been a key player for the Under 18s this season notching up 4 goals and 6 assists

In 8th Place we have our first entry from the lasses, and it is Jordon Nobbs with 11 goal contributions.

There was plenty of discussion around the signing of Nobbs when she initially joined us but as the season has gone on, she has shown how vital she has been for the lasses this season with 5 goals and 2 assists.

In 7th Place another entry for the Under 18s Kacey Wooster has 12 Goal contributions

Potentially the heir apparent to Sean Neave in the Under 21s Wooster has chipped in with 9 goals and 3 assists across the academy this season

As we head into the 6th to 3rd Positions the placings are going to be decided on goals scored because there are a couple of ties.

In 6th Place we have Emily Murphy with 14 goal contributions.

Her 7 goals and 7 assists have been crucial for the lasses this season and she scored two goals at St James Park in the reverse of our fixture this Sunday.

In 5th Place also with 14 goal Contributions s Nick Woltemade

He has been a victim of positional experimentation playing in midfield if he does at all but with 10 goals and 4 assists we know there is a player there it is just how we can get the best out him.

In 4th Place with 15 Goal Contributions is our Captain Fantastic Bruno Guimaraes.

Bruno has 9 goals and 6 Assists and there is no doubt in anyone's eyes how much of an impact our Brilliant Brazilian has on our team.

So, into the top 3 we have Sean Neave with 15 goal Contributions

His 13 goals and two assists show why he has been around the first team and got his debut this season and hopefully can build on that in the last 2 months.

2nd place with 17 Goal contributions we have Harvey Barnes

His 13 goals and 4 Assists this season has shown a higher level of consistency and it has earnt him a call up to the England squad for the Spring Internationals.

So, no Change at the top of the Charts as it is Anthony Gordon with 22 goal contributions

His 17 goals and 5 assists prove to be important for us but with No Champions League games can Gordon keep up the scoring and get well past the 20 marks.

So, there we go that’s the top 10. Any Surprises in there for you? Do you see anyone not on that list going on a run for the rest of the season?

Let me know your thought’s also this may be coming out on the Newcastle Fan’s TV You Tube channel next week in video form and with Sunderland Women Vs Newcastle United Women this Sunday the standings could have changed already.
